looking for a pic of Foreman Domai

Somewhen over the years, I encountered a pic of Foreman Domai in which his forehead was sporting a Bar Code tattoo - maybe during the W's 2K patch? Anyone got that pic or a link to same? TIA.

The tattoo over his left eye is not exactly a bar code, but seems to be some similar purpose.
