So, for some background - I have a crazy idea of converting FFH into a WW2 Tactical mod, replacing "spells" with different ranged attacks (because they are better than Civ ranged attacks, and the AI seems to know how to use them pretty well).
I am looking at different modmods that I could base this on, and getting a little confused I have two questions, mainly:

- It seems like Orbis includes most of the SDK features of Fall Further, and Rise from Erebus includes most of the SDK of Orbis and Fall Further. Is that true? Are they...based on each other...? (I mean I know they're separate mods but they all seem to build on each other's SDK at least.)
- Are there any FFH modmods that make changes to the spell casting system, especially modifying how spell resistance works? I'm curious about modmods that allow some spells to be less resistible than others, sort of resisting the target's resistance, if you will.
