Lord of the Mods Help

Can anybody tell me how to properly install the Lord of the Mods for Civ 3? I followed the single line of instructions on the page, and the game crashes every time I try to build a city with a settler. I've tried modifying it so that it's installed in the same fashion as the rest of the Conquests, but then it crashes as soon as I select the conquest and hit the circle. Any help?

Do you mean when you try to settle your first city?

What message do you get when you try to settle a city?

Im having this exact problem. It crashes as soon as I build my first city. No error message just a crash.
