Lost BtS XML file

For reasons I feel the need to withhold because I suspect they would make me a laughing stock, I've lost the original BtS Civ4Schemea (sp?) XML file in the Civilizations directory, due to complete carelessness. My questions are; If I can, where can I retrieve the single file, bypassing to need to reinstall, and how important is this specific file to running BtS? I ask this because after realising what happened, I tried BtS and it seemed to work, at least during the main menu, I daren't go as far as to start a new game.

I guess it would cause glitches with some stuff - depending on which schema file you lost.
Unfortunately the only way to retrieve this file that is within forum rules is to reinstall
