Lost my code to play Pirates...

I have Pirates on my Windows 98 computer. I just got a new Dell computer and tried to put Pirates on it. I was stopped because I did not have the cd registration number.

I only have the sleeve with the two cds in it.

How can I retrieve this? Is there someway I can get the number off my old computer?

Getting a game up and running shouldn't be a problem for a pirate!

Just kidding. A registration code? Did they put a key on this old game?

I played it on C64 and Amiga, and I think it maybe was copy protected with random words from the manual.

I don't know the PC-version how it works, but I hope you find a way. Sorry I can't help, but good luck.

its on the inside front (back?) cover of the spiral bound manual

Should also be somewhere in your registry.
Sorry I don't know the specific key name.
