Actually, ?I will not be making a patch for this. Im done with LOTR (for now), so this is the final version. I hope you have enjoyed it!

If you want to make the ring, here's what someone did in a Civ2 scenario. They made Frodo a land-based missile carrier. The one ring was a nuke with a short radius. It could only "land" on Frodo, or in a city. The goal was to hit the Mordor capital with the ring. Now obviously you could use the ring to hit some other city, but like in the story, that would not solve the greater problem.

No, i think a modpack is coming soon though since so many are asking for one.

There is a madpack, a guy asked my to help out with it by making the scenario, or at least helping out with it.

I think this map is officially retired now, dont download this map unless you really want to. do not post here unless you want to as well. there will be better LOTR maps to come.

I just put up V 1.4. its meant to make this a bit more realistic to the book. I have again doubled mordor's strength and i have moved the forces into position so the mordor player can lay siege to gondor quickly. It is more fun now, but i will probably still make a better remake later in time.

I haven't downloaded it yet, but I was wondering if you used new LOTR style units, or just renamed Civ III units.

its renamed civ3 units, im not really oner who uses modpacks.

do you have conquests? i think i'll set diplomacy in the editor before i play this.

no, this isnt a conquests version, i will be making a conquest verion though, where ill be able to have the ring in the game.

Hey thats great. With Conquests it will add a whole new level to the game. Btw i think this scenario is 1 of the best civ3 fantasy scenarios.
