    Funny thing is they make RVs a lot easier to win now. Your units save so much movement with the tunnels the AI spams.

    In my Phoenicia game, the first where I seriously used mountain tunnels thanks to this nice chain formed around my homeland, I was able to explore territory that had been blocked off by mountains for thousands of years in the highlands, and there was room to found a new city! That was awesome. I love these cities in the mountains.

    Yup. Mountain tunnels and the return of railways sure ease the drudgery of moving an army across a continent

    LOL... yep. I mean in my last game the AI might as well handed me a domination map. The AI is big on tunnels - if they have a mountain, they're going to make a tunnel no matter how aggressive their neighbor has been for centuries.

    I hope the logic is fixed.
