Will CIV 6 work on standalone tablets?

I am a digital artist and don't play many games but I love CIV so I was really excited for CIV 6.

I want to buy a new standalone tablet with pen for both painting and playing CIV, considing a surafce pro, an ipad pro or a samsung galaxy tab (android)?

Well , it used to until this week. I play on IpadPro, but the latest IOS 17.4 has caused an issue and we are waiting for it to be fixed.
