totalslacker submitted a new resource:

Loyalty Disabled - City loyalty does not change. All cities are permanently loyal and will never revolt.

City loyalty does not change. All cities are permanently loyal and will never revolt. This mod changes the Palace building and may be incompatible with other mods that do so.

This mod doesn't actually disable the loyalty system itself, it simply attaches a modifier to the Palace present in every capital (player, AI and city-state) which keeps all cities belonging to that player 100% loyal.

You're doing great stuff with loyalty. Thanks.

I've tried pretty much the same thing as all of your mods, but it was causing the city screen to malfunction for some reason.
@diggerjohn111 If you play the giant earth map, Europe is simply decimated due to loyalty.
