Supreme Commander and WoW are the two I've fiddled with their LUA before. Seemed to work well enough, and reasonably fast from what I hear.

Unlike civ4's python, I'll probably actually make some effort this time to get used to LUA for civ5.

Interface modding in civ5 is probably going to go well, IMO. I can't wait for EF or someone else to make a BUG-equivalent for civ5.
