Don't mean to bump an old thread, but I just DLed this and found a slight "ooppsie" in the INI file 
The default.flc is listed as "M60A3Default.flc" in the .zip folder, but the INI is looking for "M60A3EuroDefault.flc. The game crashes if this is not corrected before production.
Other than a small ".INI OOPSIE" this unit is perfect (Just like all of Ripptides' units
)
