Mac mod won't work on windows???

Hey all, I hope this belongs in C&C, my bad if not.

I made a mod for Warlords on Mac OSX and it won't run on my friend's PC version of warlords. I know that PC mods sometimes have trouble porting to mac because of the .dll files SDK and some Python reading errors, but i have no idea why a mac mod would not work on windows... please help, it is the mod in my sig btw.
 
Maybe some New Line / CR problem in the XML files, because edited on Mac ?
 
How does it "not work"? Are there errors generated?

There are dozens of things that could have gone wrong, and unless you are really explicit about what you have done, playing 20 questions will be very futile.

Give as many details as you can, down to the level of the contents of the files and the exact paths each is installed in.

Have you tried making a "simple" mod that does something trivial like "warriors have strength 3" and see if your attempt to move it from Mac to PC works?
 
The simple kind of mods like that work of course, the mod is a scenario of WW2 (so a new map) and XMl editing on about 80 files.

The errors generated are one for the map, and 2 that are just nondescript "error number ##### could not load."

The mod loads up, but you can't actually start a game.
 
Can you upload the map and one of the xml files generating the "could not load" ?
 
well the map comes with the mod in my signature.
I don't remember which files it was, and I don't have access to my friend's PC. If anyone has a PC version of warlords, try the mod and you'll see the errors, if they don't come up, I *may* have accidentally fixed it in one of my updates.
