Mac version via Steam, some civs missing decals

I bought the Mac version of Civ4:BTS via Steam. Some civs like Portugal or Ottomans are missing their decals, i.e. the flag next to the unit is just one color without decals, sometimes even not the right color (ottomans = yellow, etc.).

How do I fix this bug?

The "decals" look fine in my disc based Mac version, so it is a Steam problem. I don't use Steam but perhaps your download was corrupted. It is my understanding that you can download the Steam games that you have purchased as many times as you want, to the same computer. Try redoing the download.
