My bad on the trade route part, it's not consistent across the board. I rechecked the game and TR's are a bit inconsistent.

TR's are added post modifiers for production, culture and science, but pre-pop for food.

So it's actually (for food alone)--
SUM [tiles, buildings, trade routes] -> pop eats -> apply modifiers to what's left

There is no code written to pre-modify the yields, or any other way to allow a pre-popeaten modifier to exist.

all +food modifiers are actually +growth modifiers. It's been this way since CivV vanilla.
 
ToA and Floating Gardens provide % to base food, though.

19 food from tiles and buildings. Add 5% growth, 19*1.05=19.95.
19.95+22-28=13.95. With -50% growth penalty, 15.95*0.5=6.975 -> 6.97
 
Mad : the +16 science you got from the quest was added to your total science. You can see it going up 16 if you take a look at the video.

ok yeah, this makes more sense. :blush:

so they are food modifiers, but listed as 'misc player modifier' and also listed after growth modifiers, rather than above the eaten part - or listed as 'food' modifier. :crazyeye:

episode 20, a couple of late game problems to be answered... is the tower yours? can you use it to win? without doing all the required steps?

And your affinity science boost, yea we saw it added into the total science, but is it 1 per building per city, or just a 1 time increase per turn? and that the science should show in a tool tip somewhere.

Yea the modifiers for food need to also be sorted out.
