Made an Achievement guide for Civ VI

Since I struggled a bit with some of the achievements on my way to 100% last week, and there were plenty of discussion/questions when someone else posted about their 100% on reddit, I figured that I would do a guide going over the achievements. Should hopefully clears up some confusions as well as gives advice on how to finish them more efficiently (without using ridiculous exploits...)

It's a bit long, but there are timestamps in the description if you're looking for a specific achievement.

I tried to keep it reasonably short and focus on things that would've saved me a lot of time if I had watched a video like this before going for 100% achievements.

At the same time avoiding the obvious exploits. I even see people using other peoples' save games to earn tough achievements, which seems odd to me. What's the point of getting achievements if you didn't even achieve anything on the way?

Some of us have hangups, where we need to finalize things before we can relax, such as the achievements. Since many achievements require specific conditions and may take an incredible amount of time to get, it is often easier for our mental (usually not in a heavy way) well-being to borrow a save

You just made my day. I read through these last night as at only 19% with only 2 finished games and hard at work on my culture victory with De Medici. And to be honest 1 of the assisngments I couldnt even understand what they were asking for ...so this clip will help greatly.

Cool.. although i'll admit of having used a few "Pre-Saves" (found in a thread somewhere around here!) to finally get the toughest ones (after honestly trying very hard)... here's a quick set of summary sheets i had created (before even going on that 100's hunt) to put order into the Steam scrambling/listing chaos when we just gain such achievements at nearly irrational "pace".

I was racing to complete District 12: Build all 12 districts in one city and the Coliseum prior to winning the game on time in the year 2050. I got all 12 with about ten years to go, but got no achievement. I reread the achievement and realized I'd forgotten about the Coliseum part. Thought I'd already built it, but it wasn't in my capitol, nor in any of my other cities. Then suddenly /facepalmed when I realized that I'd started this game in the Renaissance Era to grab that achievement as well, and the Coliseum becomes unavailable immediately after that. Doh! All those hours poured into this game and I'm going to miss it. Still, no save game cheats for me. I want to earn each one myself.

I did get a few other. I played as the Aztecs and grabbed all 16 luxury resources gaining +16 to my attack. I also managed to grab six silver resources and got that one, too. Plus I'll get the winning as Aztecs, winning on Shuffle map, and winning with a Renaissance Era start. I'll cry about not getting the District 12 achievement though. That one was a pain.
