Major Reseach Bug in v41 Moby Build

Sorry if this has been brought up It appears that when one researches Nanotroids at the end of of the Transhuman Era any tech which is queued is instantly researched.

I found this out by queuing right to Atomic Scale Engineering before finishing Transhuman when I researched Nanodroids. I went back to an auto save and queued the entire rest of the tree up to and including the first Simulation Analysis and sure enough the entire research tree was done.

known issue, integer overflow happening in total tech cost for all queued techs, making the total tech cost a negative number.
