BEC NOIR! RUN!
Well, if the title didn't make much sense, here's what it is. A lot of us know about perfection's sim city 2 cities right? If you don't here's what it basically is. It's essentialy a gigantic city made by 49 of us! However, seeing as how I don't have any of the newer simcities, it'll have to be SimCity 2.
(NOTE: I am deciding to use the original CFCtopia blank space)
Rules:
No SCURK
No money cheats
No editing other people's islands
Only 3 changes to ordinances but you can change funding freely.
Try to include a screenshot of the city(not forcing you to do this rule)
ONE bridge to each island that is next to yours.
Put a sign on your island that says your username on CFC
Save as a zip file!!!
