Make diplomacy like unit healing - all at once

It would be nice if all AI denouncements, pronouncements, and trade requests could be held until the beginning of the human players turn. I just want to be able to end my turn and not have to press any keys to get to the start of my next turn. This is especially helpful late game as turn times increase. I'll happily esc through all the leader spam at the beginning of my turn, but I hate having to do it between turns.
 
Not only that, but units on auto move actually move at the end of the turn, not the beginning. So pressing Next Turn moves those units, and if further player input is required (eg the auto move doesn't use up all the movement points), the turn doesn't end and the player still has more stuff to do. This is made worse since there is no obvious notification or sound that further player input is required - just the Next Turn button silently and sneakily turning into the Skip Turn (or whatever it is) button and some unit being selected on the map.

Here I am waiting for the next turn after all the auto moves were taking place, not realising until some indefinite time has passed that the game had stopped processing the turn and was waiting for me. Very annoying.
