Make modern age map info auto update

By the modern age, you'd think everyone would want to have their borders marked, and city locations are kinda hard to hide. I don't want to have to give up 10-30 gold every time I want to know who owns a city and where it's at. Maybe you could have it so improvements are not shown (so you can't plan to attack the strategic resources right away), and it stops updating with people you are at war with, so if you are hiding a city, they can't find it as easily.

This seems very sensible, especially with open borders. The day to day activity of commerce would generate plenty of information about other nations.

And with Satellites I think auto-updates of the map should occur regardless of closed borders or war.
