maneuver not working with Eygpt UU Chariot archers despite them being classed as (and replacing) light calvary.

Actually, that's not a bug because the Maryannu Chariot Archer is a ranged unit (ranged promotion class and upgrades to Crossbow). Yes, it replaces the heavy chariot, but it is not a cavalry unit.
