and here they are:

1) anyone know how to change the music in one era? I love this game but absolutely hate the music in the modern era.

2) I can play and win on Noble but prince eludes me. Can anyone mention scenarios/map types to play that might be good practice maps to develop my civ skills. Things like how many opponents or maybe disabling certain victory paths etc...

3) anyone out there have the complete STEAM download of CIv 4 and figured out how to play the games of the month? All three civ 4 from steam. I have tried everything I know and it keeps failing the mod integrity check...

1) Go to Options: Audio. There, it says 'Create Custom Music Folder' or something similar. Go to your Civ 4 directory, click Assets-Sounds-Soundtracks, and select (I choose the Industrial Soundtrack). If you want to make your own soundtrack, I believe you download the files onto your computer and then go to that directory and select the music.

2) Try Custom Continents, One per team, 6 or 12 players. Eliminate Space Race victory. Or try 'No Barbarians.' I always play no barbs, since above Noble, the computer has more favorable odds against them than you do. So basically, he gets free promotions while you lose valuable units.

3) Talk to moderator 'Ori' about that, he is the official 'Repair Guy' on the site. Or post this in 'Technical Support', and he'll come to you.

Kullervo's suggestion will work. You can also try replacing the .mp3 files in C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Assets\Sounds\Soundtrack\Modern with your own files. The catch is, you have to give them the same names as the files already in that folder, replacing them. Just placing files in that folder won't work.

I have a chapter in my Intermediate Tactics & Gambits Guide (link in my sig) all about "level jumping" that may help you.
