Map goes blank... After same number of turns everytime!

OK, first... let me say I just started having this issue after adding JFD's government mods, but I don't believe they are the issue. It can't be mod related, because it loads fine every time, it plays perfectly with every mod working... then, around the 25th or 30th turn, the map goes blank. Like, I can see everything on the map, mountains, rivers, lakes, and ocean... however, there are no labels or any of my UI features. Also, the music continues. This happens on every map, including the ones that came with the game. I can't push anything except ESC and exit to the main menu or desktop. This is getting very frustrating.

I've tried everyone's ideas I've read previously to issues that were close to mine. Using Civilization VI dx11, from separate shortcuts not choosing when the game starts. Using borderless windowed mode. Never had a problem with Rise and Fall. Didn't have a problem with Gather Storm at first either. As I said, didn't start til I added JFD's government mods. Using all of them. I think (offhand) there are about 8?

Any ideas, known fixes or help would be greatly appreciated. I'm dying here, really wanting to play JFD's mods.

OK... I figured it out. It was in fact a mod issue. I disabled everything but JFD's RWF mods... and presto.
