No, it doesn't look like it. Once I had trimmed off France, it would be about the same scale as The J's map. Thank you though.

Here's another option. It looks like a large-scale map. However, I cannot see how much of Ireland it includes because I don't have MGE/FW on my computer.

I'm not certain if you're looking for a map that contains exclusively Ireland and England/Scotland but if so there's the following map for the scenario "Roman Invasion of Britain 53 AD" by wonx2150 that's 60 wide by 75 tall that covers this region in particular which can be found here.
