Map settings

Where do I find the current map settings?

In the game I am playing now I am sure I turned Barbarians on but I haven't seen any in the first thousand years. That doesn't worry me but if I screwed barbs up maybe I got the land mass or world size wrong too. How do I check?

Using C3C 1.22 and CAII.

CAII go to the world map and left click on the map and you will have a long list of options. One is to look at the settings, called properties.

Edit: I was too lazy to check if it was left or right, but I figured you would try the other, if I had it reversed. It is right click.

If I go to the World Map and left click on the map it highlights the tile I clicked on and gives information about that tile. I don't see a Properties option,

Try right clicking. That should bring up a box that has Properties at the bottom.

Right clicking does bring up a box with lots of interesting information about that tile, but no Properties. I'm obviously missing something simple here.

Right click on the map should give a drop down with a bunch of selections. At the bottom you should see properties. If this does not work, I do not know, but you could use SeedBeast to get the info.

I upgraded CAII to the latest version - and now I have the Properties option

Good to hear. I saw the version you had, but did not really know what it should have been. It said II, so I thought is was current. 2153 and you had 19xx.
