One of the ones from the stream was the Rheic Ocean, so it looks like they're including prehistoric seas, which may be hard to place on your map unfortunately.
I guess the question is, do they have a list of names for each civ so you see ones from your civ nearby, or do they have a single list like for continent names, which includes prehistoric (and fictional?) names. Either way, the ones that currently exist can be added.
I believe it's definitely the former. Of all the names shown, I noticed only Rheic Ocean (near Greece) and Gulf of Valencia (near Georgia) didn't match up with a civ in the game.
EDIT: Also Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington Harbour) which appeared near Poland.
Code:
Gdansk Bay
Hardangerfjorden
Lincoln Sea
Gulf of Saint Lawrence
Beaufort Sea
Sea of Crete
Norwegian Sea
Gulf of Valencia
Rheic Ocean
Bay of Pomerania
Saronic Gulf
Firth of Forth
Labrador Sea
Reindeer Lake (not a Map text, but shown on tile hover tooltip)
I will need to see the full list before making a call on some of the prehistoric seas, I might be able to make them work like I did with the Volcanoes, but we will see.
It's more likely to be Galletué Lake (the "é" may have been dropped) and it's in Chile (and thus associated with the Mapuche). Galletué Lake is one of the sources of the Biobio River.
Name looks either Algonquian or Athabaskan to me. Canada? ...I'm finding an Opapiskaw in Manitoba. There is a lake there, but the lake's name is Nutimik.
