Marathon Accelerated - Game Speed Mod, help me balance.

I've been playing this mod merged with K-mod for the last couple of months. I think it's awesome for several reasons:

• It makes Slavery a far less useful civic. Trading food for hammers is seldom worth it. Feels refreshing to not rely on this civic anymore.
• Building buildings is fun, and with this mod, nearly all buildings are worth it Some people, like me, think it's very satisfying to "complete" a city.
• You can field large armies and send them across the world, without worrying about them going obsolete before the fight.
• Temporary technological leads will more often prove decisive, adding some new flavor to the game.

A negative point is that leader traits that give cheap buildings are effectively nerfed. But I would still recommend this mod, especially if you're a "builder" type of player.
