Maritime C.S. doesn't give food anymore

Allied Maritime CSs provide my cities with food, in a game started after the patch. Try this:
1. Save your game.
2. Look at some of your cities in city view and note how much food they generate.
3. Declare war on the Maritime CS.
4. Look at the same cities again. Do they still generate the same amount of food, or do they generate less?
If the amount of food in step 4 doesn't change, please post a save file. Thanks!
