What are Civ2 Musketeers modelled after? They looked like 18th Century Fusilier/Linear Infantry to me. which country did use yellow coat with red trims ?

I think the colour selection is heavily influenced by the available colour palette and needing to make some contrast on the small scale.
I mean, you'd not make your ski troops yellow either, right ^^?

Heh these's could probably be downsized a bit again and modded into ToT's extra large unit fields. Pity he didn't take a stab at the terrain art too lol.

Not unless you're in a Bond film.. I suspect the Civ2 art department were big fans of this moment haha..
