Okay, so.. I decided to try a 'Play Now' game instead of a scenario.. I click 'Perfect World'. The environment is locked on temperate, and I don't recall the sea level. I set the slider to 'giant'. I select 'Start in Old World' and 'Break Pangaeas'. I select my civilization, and enter the game. I'm in a completely 100% flat area, with some rivers. I send my scout out, and it turns out that no matter how far I look, the entire area seems to be nothing but rivers and flatlands, with no variety whatsoever except for the random cow or wheat. I open the map builder.. and I have an entire planet of nothing but rivers, plains, cows, incense, and wheat, with the occasional 1x1 water tile. What went wrong here? O_o

What is your system specs?

The Perfect World requires a lot of computer resources to generate a map
Try huge instead. Should work. If not try standard size.

Could be Perfect World can't make giant and gigantic maps though. dono.

Good question - it turns out I don't have it either. I was just quoting from another thread that I had just read before reading yours. I use RoM-Tectonics myself and don't go above huge because my machine can't handle it.
