May I have to play without sleep?

I am new for GOTM, I am not sure how can I play without sleep, please give some suggestions.

Important bit is in blue. You can reload to start your next play session, in which case move on from the point you last stopped. Don't reload from an earlier point.

And, as a guideline, we encourage people to try and play in sessions of at least an hour in length.

Well, I will do follow rules.
Then I have another question, there are three classes for playing,

Conquest Class Starting Bonuses:
Conquest class players will begin the game with following unit and game feature bonuses:
Total Starting Cash in Treasury: 100 units of gold
Extra Units: A scout and a worker.

Does this mean except one Settle and one Worker, I can get bonus as above?

It means that:
You get your regular starting units for the Mongols: Settler, worker, scout
Plus the bonus: worker, scout and 100 total gold

Which means you get to start with: 100 gold, 1 settler, 2 workers, 2 scouts...

How about the Open Class? What can I get to start with?
10 Gold, 1 Settele, 1 Worker, 1 Scout?

Because you're allowed to discuss what you're planning to do until you've actually opened the save, which will still be another 3 weeks or so for me...
