Medic/March question

Good morning,

if I have a Unit that has Medic1 and March, thus has healing and can heal while moving.

Now lets say he is in a stack of other damaged units that do not have March or Medic promotion of any of them.

What happens? Does only my medic unit heal itself or does it heal all other units in that stack as well (remember, the entire stack moved)

Only the unit with March-promotion will heal itself while moving. No other units will benefit extra.
