Is anybody interrested in a PBEM of Mediterranian wars?
It's the latest scen in the "ancient" category and I like it a lot.
The civs are:

Persians - open
Greeks - open
Celts - AI
Romans - Yop73
Phoenicians - open
Macedonian Greeks - open
Egyptians - open

I hope some of you will be interrested and that we can get this game going fast.

Mmm... never heard of it
Mediterranean War??? Is that the name?
Where can i get it?

It's in the "ancient" section at civfanatics and it's about the wars in the mediterranian from 509 BC until 155 AD. (+/-)
It's called: Wars of the Mediterranian.

I'll post some pictures so you know how it looks like. :)

Romans attack Greek-held southern Italy

Mmm... could you post only the required files here? forget the sounds, only the necessary files in order to play the game.

Yes, good idea Academia.

I think the concept for this scenario is excellant. However it is flawed.I have played this solitare and w/ 3 of my freinds online.
Alexanders army shows up 150 yrs early in the middle of Asia Minor!!!-forcing a war w/ Persia. The Romans get Praetorian units on turn 2 if you look at the events files :{ The origonal concept is very exciting, but it needs fine tuning to work.
If we could contact the creator and get permission to alter some events and the startup ,I would love to play.
By the way -this is my 1st post here.I and my freinds have been playing w/ John Ellis a game of Hellas.I play clean and fair and I am a veteran gamer[ask John] ;}

Perhaps flawed is to strong of a word.I really like the scenario overall, but it does not unfold in a historic way.Its a runaway for the Romans and Macedonians.
The idea of seeing the entire Med civs thru a birds eye view is unique and very playable. The scenario just needs a few adjustments IMO.
