Just three years, actually. But I knew her for five years before we got married. I think the best relationships start out as friendships.

I got married late in life, at 35. Sometimes it takes a while for the right person to find you.

Good question. I think the way this uploading business is handled now is-

1. Scroll down to the very, very bottom of the screen and look for the link that says "Upload File" in the links under the banner ad. It will be right beside the chat room link.

2. Click it. A popup box will appear that says "CivFanatics Easy File Upload System".

3. Click the "Browse" button and look for the picture you have on your computer.

4. Find the file in the list of uploaded files. (There will be a link to that in the abovementioned File upload pop up.)

5. Find your file name. Right click on it, select "copy link" and post the link in your reply, inclosed in the

tags.

Your picture should appear in your post.

Let's see, a picture of me....

Ahh, here's one. It's me (second from left) with three of my brothers a few years ago at our grandmothers 100th birthday party. Our oldest brother wasn't able to make it. The five of us have not been together in the same room since 1972. We felt it was safer for the world that way.

(Actually, Mom wan't to get us all together again at least once more before she dies, so if you read of a mysterious explosion (read: critical mass of quirky/strange people) at a family reunion in the US Midwest, and I stop posting at the same time, you will know what happened....)
