Mercenaries Mod *UPDATED*

Oh, someone, from whom i've seen a lot here, is back. I don't know you, but i'm sure this is a good sign :D.

The mods crack down pretty hard against discussing specific users (It's against the rules, IIRC), so the info did not spread well. I was joking, but I know many were not.

That rule is mainly against user specific threads.
I don't see a problem in discussing such things in already existing threads (and don't see a rule against it, but i don't have them all right now in my mind).
 
CastorTroy, one quick solution to problems with INI etc. is to scrap the whole thing and put all settings, including banned unit lists in Python - apart from the normal settings, the RFC version handles banned units though lForbiddenUnits list in MercenaryUtils.py.

Alredy tried that to modify into that file, but what i didnt do is totally delete the INI file. I`ll try this then and see how it goes, thanks.
 
Sorry for the minor necro... but does anyone still have a 3.17 version of this? I don't want to upgrade to 3.19 because then autoplay in RFC is broken and I enjoy playing RFC, but this mod doesn't work with 3.19
 
Uh, the only person who has complained of AI Autoplay being broken... ;)
 
Wasn't this post datestamped today? I'm confused...

Rhye's and Fall of Civilization. I thought you were referring to someone talking about AI autoplay on the end of the first page. By Autoplay in RFC I mean that the screen that has the green bar that counts down to when you spawn is broken. You can only play as China, Egypt (3000BC), India (3000BC), Babylon (3000BC), Vikings, Japan, or Arabia (600 AD). That is relevant to my question (About this mod and 3.17) because I cannot upgrade to 3.19 or the above autoplay is broken. There is no way to fix it except for jmerry's mac patch for RFC, but that screws up the game turns and all the big mods I want are 3.17 compatible.

Yep, makes sense. Anything interface related needs to send messages to other PC's of what the human player is clicking on.
 
Hi, mans. I - NOprogrammer tried to paste mercenaries python code to my python code.
Unfortunately I have not luck. Is here somebody who can help me with integration of mercenaries python to my mod?
