Not this again..
I am for it....
Can a state by its own decide to change their road signs to metric?
That didn't work hereSlowly teach kids metric in schools. But with the mess that is your public school system that'll be unpossible to do.
I'm 185, and 105, but I have no idea whgat that is in imperial.
Geez I'm 195 and 95...
Metric 4 US!!
I'm for it. I already got used to using it when I was in the marines.
But we do need to keep Fahrenheit. It really is just better to use in everyday life.
Yeah, it's cumbersome, old, and irrational. But it's got character.
There's something that just works about the thermometer hitting 100 on a nasty hot day in July. It can't feel the same at 38.
I'm quite comfortable using either. I just like the feel of Imperial.
It feels hotter if you measure in Fahrenheit. Not even us Brits use that anymore!
Fat Freddy: "It must be minus 40 degrees in here! I wonder what that is in Celcius?"
Blimey it must be colder than Scotland where you live (0F = -17C, ouch).
Fat Freedy's quote was from the Furry Freak Brothers, the narrator had a speech bubble saying "Hint: They are the same!!!"
