Microsoft is bad enough, but the prosecutors trying to punish MS are even worse. Fining them for 3 million franks? WTH! That's pocket change. But even worse was back in the anti-trust case when the DA wanted to cut them the stupidest deal ever: to let them off so long as they provide computers to schools. No wonder MS is out of control, only every jack ass with a law degree is being sent to try them.

The sad thing is the company they ripped off went bankrupt. Not sure if this is b/c of the lawsuit or their own failings, but sad none-the-less.
