I'm currently playing a game where every time it hits turn 404, it crashes. I'm playing as the Amurites on deity with a few World Builder cheats to help me along (don't hate, I'm having fun playing like this). I'm using the latest patch, and I don't know what's happening.

Umm, wow. I can't actually tell if you're being serious or not. A quick look at your post history suggests that you are though, which is pretty bad. As a hint for the future, you might get more help if you quit whining and absolutely never make baseless accusations against the people who you're asking for help. Seriously, 3 hours counts as "blanking" you?
And as for help, try posting a copy of your save file in the bug thread. Occasionally people in there will take a look through saves to see if they can be made playable again.
