Militaristic CS unit spawn point

One thing that has always bothered me about Militaristic CS is that the unit spawns in the city-state that gave you the unit instead of in my cities. That always reduced their value to me. How can I make it so gifted units spawn in my cities instead?

on unit creation check if the unit is created on a CS plot, then check if the unit belong to the CS, if not it's probably a gifted unit then teleport the unit to it's owner capital.
