Señor Castonez,
I am Admiral Cabrera of La Armada del Pirata, a rebel group on La Isla de Vargas. We wish to inquire about the possibility of a loan in the ballpark of 10.000 Credits. We are willing to pay up to 25% interest on such a loan, over a period of six months. This is obviously a great oppritunity for your nation to make a little cash on the side, remember that the enemy of your enemy is your friend. I advise you to seriously consider this offer.

Your friend,
Admiral Diego "Serpiente del Mar" López Pacheco Cabrera

From Julias Castonez
To Admiral Cabrera

Considering that by the time the money would reach you, we would already be fully involved in this war, we're not sure how easy it would be to get it to you. However, we'll send you the 10,000 creditos as soon as we can. The drop off will be in Pepsi... send one of your men there when you can.

With several batteries sitting still was no use as they would then probably be blasted away, attack or retreat was the only two options. There would be no retreat.
They would have to use their knowledge of the terrain and the bushes to help them.

Orders:

At night sneak towards the enemy army and hide in the bushes.
Ambush them in the morning.
Make sure we are so close the batteries cannot be used.

Orders:
Attack banks to increase credits and strenghten defence at harbor.

ARMADA DEL PIRATA

Send 300 Dragoons, one frigate to Pepsi, raid treasury and comandante's office.
Withdraw from Aha, seizing all Fedelistan funds in city.
Pick up money drop in Pepsi.

RUSHED ORDERS:

Same Tactics as before
Ask supporters for money, tell them that the Alqarians are coming to help soon.

June 1804

Fedelista rifflemen keep pushing New Fedelista farther back. The cannons had been pummeling Ibana for several weeks now, but somehow the rebel movement has survived. After about two weeks of constant bombardment, the goverment forces finally entered Ibana, albeit slowly at first. Urban warfare ensued as the Eastern side of town became ravaged by fighting. The whole time, New Fedelista officials moved supplies behind the front to Ibana's west side. For the next two weeks, the battle lines remained in the middle of the town. Fedelistan forces have lost 800 men, but New Fedelista loses 300 rifflemen, 100 grenaiders, and 200 musketmen as well. It seemed as if the movement was over, until a strange force appeared on the hills behind Ibana. The 1000 Alariqua rifflemen have finally arrived.

In Encoré, Dela Vega's new book becomes a best seller. His novel on the injustices of the Fedelista goverment is second only to the bible, making Dela Vega 5000 credits richer.. Some voulenteers are so inspired they drive oxen carts full of the books to Sliqua and San Speakor, where they plan to sell them in secret. However, the good times look to be over. Juan Vargas is enraged and has sent 2000 rifflemen to Encoré. The citizens have heard about what's been happening to the South in Ibana, and they have busily fortified their town. Several hundred musketmen join the cause.

In Pepsi, Miquel Reccano travels to the busy city with 350 voulenteers and holds giant protests, preaching to the people. Posters appear throughout the town, and fliers are handed out. The result is hundreds of voulenteers and a hell of a lot of cash. However, several soldiers, alarmed at the reaction he's getting from the peasentry, proceed to kick him out of Pepsi. The goverment is still unaware of who Miguel Riccano is, although they're getting increased complaints from tax collectors in the Dela Matteo area. There are news that Vargas will send a squadron to Dela Matteo to enforce the peace.

However, the moment Riccano leaves, mass confusion ensues. 300 dragoons rush into the city, and pillage and steal as much funds as they can. The soldiers in the city manage to kill 50 of them, but the remaining 250 return to their frigate with 10,000 credits. Another 10,000 credits are recireved from a shady looking foreigner in an abandonned pub, but most nobody knows of this. They set sail towards Vargas isle.

Back on Vargas isle, mass confusion reigns in Aha. Both rebel groups raid the banks and take all the goverment funds left. This results in huge bonuses for both of them, but more for the Freedom Legion who are more knowledgable of the city. The whole island is now split between the two groups.

In the hills around San Peppera, the last major battle of the goverment's initial anti- El Volum campaign draws to a close. The Fedelistan troops get ready for a battle on the hills, but soon find out that the rebels had snuck down to their level, where a major battle ensues. Amidst all the confusion, 300 fedelistans and 100 rebels die. 20 batteries are captured by El Volum who parades his army through the joyous streets of San Peppera. The wealthy merchant populace hold huge parties and celebrations in their mansions with plenty of food and tequilla. Many men were rendered ineffective for a few days from it, but are now back to full health. As a result of the battle, El Volum has gained ownership of most all of Southern Fedelista. Thanks to excessive donations, he's now out of debt too!

Depending on how this next battle turns out, we might lend you support in taking over the rest of Western Fedelista.

The many of the people of pepsi had joined with Miquel Riccano and his Hijos de Fedelista. He now had over a thousand followers but did not want to incite a revolt or violance. Instead when he heard that Fedelista troops were being sent to the town, he would begin a protest and boycott of all items taxed by the government. That included anything from suger to tea to cotton. The taxes would be lifted and freedom allowed! He would also start a book entitled "To Live Free with Honor". It would be about the injustice of the laws and taxes and how one should UNVIOLENTLY resist the government through protests, rallies and boycotts.

ORDERS:

-Hold a ptotest within Dela Matteo about taxes.

-Begin a boycott of all taxed items

-Begin writing the book "To Live Free With Honor"

-If soldiers arrive DO NOT fight them.

A new flag was raised over the harbor of San San on a beautiful June morning.

The serpent was to honor Almirante Cabrera, while the yellow and red stripes are from the Spanish flag.

To Alariqua:
From General Dexteria of the Freedom Legion:
We would be greatfull if we can borrow 10000 credits from you.
If you are intrested send a man with the money to San Miguel, I will take that city.

Orders:
Buy 1 ship.
Buy 500 Dragoons.
Send 580 Dragoons and 150 Riflemen to take San Miguel, meet the man from Alariqua there and get the money, THEN raid this cities governmental buildings and banks.
Send message to all old sailors in Aha that the first one that gives a ship to the Freedom Legion will be promoted to admiral of the Freedom navy.
Send flyers around in San Miguel when it's taken, telling poeple that they are free from the President.

With the newly arrived help from the Alariquans, Marshall Espaco now had enough men to take back Ibana and the fort to the north-east.

Send the Alariquans on a flanking mission to surround the smaller Federalista army. Wait for them to get in position and attack. Capture any who surrender and tell them of the glory of New Federalista. Tell them about the freedom that citizens have here. Get them to join our cause.

Hold a festival to celebrate the recapturing of Ibana and the reinstatement of the Senate. Gather the weapons off the dead soldiers and give them to any volunteers that come forward.

ORDERS:
Retake Ibana and the fort
Hold Festival to get volunteers
Re-enlist captured soldiers

"Fedelista is at war. Several big rebel factions are fighting against el Presidente Juan Vargas. But they dont want to free Fedelista from the corrupt Goverment. they want their own piece of the cake - they want might and money! after the old goverment is down they will fight each other and there will be a war even bigger then the the war we are currently fighting.

join the UFM today and become a solider for a united Fedelista! we have to defend our families, we have to defend our homes and our properties and we have to defend our loved homeland!

the town council is currently debating , how they want to shield San Julian from the rebels. lets show them that the rebels are already in their city!

Marco Arcondo, 17th June 1804 at the balcony of the townhall of San Julian.

Orders:
Pillage the townhall of San Julian
Buy 1000 musketmen (-5000$)

- Buy 400 grenadiers
- Continue to sell books

The riflemen are coming! The riflemen are coming! With these words out of Francisco's mouth the grenadiers and the musketmen and the riflemen and the batteries were armed and ready. Dela Vega made a plan. He would order all batteries and cannons to fire and break a hole in the enemy lines for the grenadiers and riflemen to take advantage of. The dragoons meanwhile would flank the enemy by riding swiftly toward the back of the enemy, trapping them. The remaining dragoons would then finish off the retreating cowards.

ORDERS:
Buy 100 riflemen and 300 musketmen (2500)
Fight south and take Spiritsona with batterires bombarding any defenses, dragoons rushing in as a shock force, followed by the infantry
Leave some troops guarding the northern border
Continue to look for donations and recruit more men into theorganization preaching the good of Socialism and evils of the Fedelista gov't
