Revolutionaries of the Freeman
The first real harvest is beginning for the year, the second one happening in October. With over a thousand farmers employed, Mayor Beranon is the largest landowner in Almastan. He produces thousands of pounds of food which will be ready to sell next month. This is what the men from tasar have come for. Their farm lands are poor and without roads to the capital they recieve little supplies. The people will starve this spring without food. They ghave no money to pay Mayor Beranon with either. THey require half of the harvest to feed the people, this will seriously cut back on the mayor's income, but it may give him a strong powerbase in Tasar.

The Regiment digs in more and supplies grow thiner within the city. The president becomes ill from flu.
People's Republic of Almastan
The harvest approaches as well in Hedrai, but there are more pressing issues. The Corvettes continue to patrol the waters and are supplied by PT Boats from the capital, so they have no need to dock. The People's Republic attempts to launch RPG attacks are useless as they do not have the range needed. The blockade continues. And fishermen grow angry. To the North, the remains of the garrison are beggining to mobilize and move towards the shores on the West. This is an excelent place for them to escape.

Army of the Liberty Party
Farmers begin to sell their crops and donate some earnings to the party. Within the city Legislature, the Liberty party tries to pass new laws, but few pass. Some of the Parties backers demand action to gain power. One such backer comes from Edmond Hughs, a British banker who supplies the Liberty party with most of it's outside fuinding, and Geroge Caralson, a British armsdealer who supplies the Liberty Party with most of it's weapons.

Republic of Nassam
Another leader from British decent arises west of Nassam in the border town of Besa. Charles Adraden is also half Nassam. He claims that the decent of the people around Lake Nassam are actually a whole other ethinic group called the Nassamites from a mixed Zazar, Alma and Katik decent. Several merchents and politicians have joined with Charles Adraden. However the main populace still believe that they are Zazars and nothing more and they resent the fact that the Almas rule over them, and will not accept a "Nassamite" ruler either. Many protests have occured in Besa ordering for Charles Adraden and his fanatical band to leave the city immediatly. The mayor might just have to comply. The Republic arms itself in preparation for a battle.

Gula Freedom Front
In Gula, a spainish merchent begins his rise to the top. He quickly a masses a large militia under his control. He is unable to sell many crops do to lack of farmers. He thinks about the Drugfields to the southeast, and so he sends his militia to capture it. The Druglord merly has his drug farmers armed to fight and they are no match and are over run. The Drugfield falls under his control. The drugs are the perfect thing to start an empire with. Towns will offer little, but cities will be great selling places. If he can even get some boats and ship it, he could make even more money.
