Update, 3300 B.C.
In Japan, the troublesome Mori finally become a province of the Japanese. The Mori family become Daimyos of the new land, however Shogun Shogun shouldn't be too happy. The new land is full of bandits and ronin. He'll need to take military action before they prove too troublesome.
In Arabia, the Arabic culture reigns supreme. The ruler, Mohammed, uses this to his advantage, starting a great wonder. It is to be called the Koran, and it will record all of Mohammed's previous teachings. The wise men happily sit down to explain their favorite memories to the empire's vast array of scribes.
In China, the Chinese get ready for heavy expansion but do not move an inch. Still, this is perhaps the start of great things for the young nation of China. The Chinese develop copper, a primitive sewage system, and writing. To add to this amazing list, the Chinese have also developed a primitive alphabet, the first in the world. The significance of this you'll see 2 posts down...
The Chinese also find an island called Formosa to the Southeast. They establish a small colony, as it looks otherwise deserted.
In Scotland, the Scottish make many advances. For one they build the city of Glasgow, and for another they invent sailboats. Their army is raised and is sent to the border with England in order to guard against the English onslaugh that was sure to come but... miracolously England collapses. Scotland is free to conquer England if it wishes without fear of any significant casualties. The Scots have also constructed the town of "Dublin" in Ireland. However without a navy, and with the horrible economy, they won't be able to get any military troops there for a while.
Meanwhile in Egypt, Egyptian culture is significantly raised. Expansions are also mounted, and advances are made. A new sailboat, similar to the Scottish designs hundreds of miles away is made, and the Egyptians try to make contact with new cultures. They succeed, meeting the Arabs for the first time!
Farther to the West in Africa, the Carthaginians completely refuse the Roman offer and kick the Romans out of their lands. After a heavy battle, the Roman general decides to save the army to fight another day and retreats via ship to Sicily. There, another newer army is waiting for orders. In the North, the Romans make significant gains however. They now have news that there might be 3 different peoples around them. To the Northeast, a very large and advanced tribe. To the Northwest, a set of loosely connected tribes related to the previously mentioned. And a glorious empire rivaling Rome across the sea. Nobody is sure if Roman technology allows them to reach the latter though.
In Norway, the Norewgians unite and make a small kingdom in the middle of North Europe. They're a seafaring people, who have had knowledge of sails long before even the Egyptians or Scots developed those secrets. They increase their navy, and are as powerful on the seas as any more established country. Their king hears rumors of a civilization in the West... the Scots... but nobody has met them as of yet.
In the Hawaiian colonies the Hawaiians raise their army and expand North, making contact with the Pueblo people. They have indeed found rich soil and pleasent lands. Unfortunatly the Pueblo hold these territories. On the other hand... the Pueblos don't seem that strong. The Hawaiians now have the largest army of any tribe anywhere near them. However, they are by far one of the least technologically advanced people in the world, and their economy is near collapse.
In Almohad lands, the Almohads arm their armies with spearmen and succeed in completely annhialating the Moors. The newly energated Almohads seem poised for world conquest... according to their leader.
And in Judea, the Hebrews ready their army just in time. They set up their defenses just in time to repel the first Assyrian attack on Tripoli. From there they advance North even gaining some Assyrian territory. Back home the economy is increased.
Elsewhere, the Huron, Inca, and Indians all increase their economy and expand slightly.
