I got 3 hole-in-ones and total was 46

On the first hole I wasn't paying attention and I think I hit it the edge (and I think it may have somehow gone over the edge) on my tee shot. It then showed a cartoonish Flash presentation of a person walking around (only showing his head), and a golf ball hits him in the head! It then gives me a message saying I've been kicked off the course! WTH??!!! It was pretty funny though.

Edit: Maybe that's what "death ball" is. (Death ball is one of the options at the bottom left of the main screen, and I've been trying to figure out what it means.)

Yeah, it's the death ball. If it's off, you can't hit in to the red. It if it's on, you get whacked with the ball, the death animation.

Ah, OK. I had always wondered what it meant when the circles turned red.

I sure am glad I didn't find this out on the 18th hole just before getting a record score....

The game says "albatross," but I've always heard it called "double eagle."

Has anyone noticed that when you get a double bogey, the screen says "Double Bogey (+1)" instead of "Double Bogey (+2)"? The actual score is calculated correctly, though.

Ya I have noticed that(A few times ) a double bogey should be a +2. (Also, I hate hole #17. It's evil )

Albatross is the proper name. We don't call eagles, double birdies....although both are correct.
