Missing command/action bar in CIV 5

Can anyone help me? I'm missing my command my command bar, the one on the bottom left side. I can move the unit and all but I can't seem to do anything like founding a city without using hotkeys. I tried uninstall and reinstall the game and it still doesn't work. So please can anyone shed my some light on my problem please

Maybe your screen resolution is wrong, because if this is case, it can clip off entire left side of screen off. Will have to go into visual setting to fix that one until the game is showing at correct resolution for your monitor.

That's the most likely reason I can think of cuz it happened to me before.

Found the prob, all I need to do was update my UI and it was all fine.

Sorry to res, but what exactly do you mean by update your UI? I may have the same problem, but I'm not sure what that fix means.
