missing Lh swap

I remember a while back finding a swap that fixed the Kublai khan and qin problem the patch says it fixes it but it doesn't so does anyone know where the original thread is

However, this is no longer needed if you have Beyond the Sword as Firaxis fixed it.

Sorry, I get confused easily. Either way, I did the original swap and I know it isn't needed anymore.
