Missing screens and others UI changes

Unless i'm mistaken there are several screens not present in the game and that i miss a lot:

- a deal screen: where you can see your current deals and their date of expiration
- a unit screen/tooltip: where you can see the list of your units (then you can click on that damn scout to select it)
- a state of the world screen: where you can see your territory size, population size and output in food, hammer/wheels, religion, etc and compare to the rest of the world
- a diplomatic screen with a summary of everything

Apart from that, there are several things i'd like to evolve change:
- the ressource screen (i want to know what luxury ressources i have in excess)
- in the foreign leader discussion screen, details on things like secrecy level, opinion, etc is too short (maybe because i'm in low resolution
- district should be more distinctive from the terrain, especially holy site
- build list shouldn't overlap the city menu so i can jump from city to city
- there should be a possibility to sort doctrines depending on the era, so i'm not bothered anymore by "ancient and medieval era unit" bonus
- in the city menu, the food excess should be directly visible
- it would be nice to still see the eureka and inspiration even if the science/dogma is researched
- in the religion filter, it would be nice to know how many turn are needed to get one more follower
