Mobilisation problem in GOTM37

I have managed to reach the IA in GOTM 37, and have brought Nationalism, expecting to have the option to mobilise. However, the button is not appearing on my domestic advisor screen. I have tried the only things I can think of trying at the moment - exiting the program, then restarting the program and loading my save file doesn't help, even rebooting the PC doesn't help.

My software is the PTW version shipped with conquests. Is this a known problem? Please advise if there is anything else I can do, because. although I do not normally use mobilisation, in my current position it could be useful.

In the past Mobilization has been disabled for the Classic (I.e. +) games to avoid an exploit that is possible involving Mobilization with those versions. Maybe that's the case here?

Since it is PTW, that could certainly be the case. I didn't realise that mobilisation could be turned off. I am sure I can manage without it if necessary. If a moderator can confirm?

I had been missing Mobilization in two last GOTM games. So Dianthus' post probably answers my unasked question...

Yes - its been turned-off. In fact, its been turned off for about 2 years now (AFAICR). I should add this to the "Release notes" right under respawn = off.

I assume that since they changed how mobilisation works in C3C, that it is still on for the COTM, however?

Yes, its on in the COTM.
