2 022, is that the latest patch? i just downloaded it a couple days ago so im assuming it gave me the latest one
btw: why does my firebals/meteors did´t get the +1 bonus from the Tower of Elements??? Intended?
Ever since downloading 0.22, I've been unable to load the mod. Vanilla Civ and other mods work fine, but whenever I try to launch FFH through either the shortcut or from inside the game or open a saved game directly, I get told:
"Initialize Renderer failed. Check DirectX Installation, Latest Graphics Drivers and Graphics Settings Parameters:
- width = 1024
- height = 768
- flags = 0xc
- hwnd = 0x1506f4
- adaptrid = 0
- deviceid = 1
I've tried rebooting, reinstalling and repatching Civ, re-downloading DirectX etc, and the game still won't load up. I've been using the mod since 0.14, and it's only been this version that's had any problems. As I said above Vanilla and other mods still boot up perfectly. I'm not really expecting help, and was just going to wait to see if 0.23 would fix it, but I figure I've nothing to lose by trying
Are you using Vista by any chance?
For the third time today got a weird Crash in the game. All my improvements go, some of the buttons turn yellow and big black shapes come across the screen. Game does not work after this, but seems ok when re-loaded. This has only happened to me since the last patch
Just a guess, but it could be a resolution problem... are you using a non-standard resolution, either in-game or on your desktop? Even if not, try playing with those settings. I recall that Oblivion popped up a similar error, and that was the problem."Initialize Renderer failed. Check DirectX Installation, Latest Graphics Drivers and Graphics Settings Parameters:

Nope, both using 1024x768. Just tried changing both to 800x600 and 1280x1024, but no luck there either.
