MOD help?

I downloaded Dales RtW Ultimate Edition and attempted to extract the files to "C: Program Files/ Firaxis Games/ Civilization4/ BTS/ Mods" using winRAR. The extraction was successful, however, instead of creating a new mod it merely created a new file "C: Road to War". I went ahead and manually created the mod using the unpaked files. It works great but I don't have the scenarios and the public maps are no where to be found ingame. I am a very novice modder and I don't know what to do from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess my main question is "Where did the scenarios go when I pasted the extracted folders in a new mod folder". If the extraction sent the folders to the correct target then they would have been there right? Since I did it manually they did not. I am very frustrated and have been at this all day. Can someone please give me a hand with this.

EDIT: I pasted the scenarios (public maps) in my worldbuilder save folder so I have access to them now. I would still like to know how to access them the right way if anyone knows how.
