Mod Ideas (New Civilizations)

I'm new to the forum so first post here, yay.
I Had some ideas for some civilizations. For the ones thought up completely I tried to make their unique stuff compatible with other mods (if these were actual mods) for example some of the USA civilizations have some ideas *cough*stolen*cough* borrowed from JFD's Roosevelt Additon and Washington Reworking mod. Any suggestions and help are greatly appreciated. If someone with modding expertise wants to make one of these for some reason. I just ask to be credited.
(I will hopefully think of things for the uncompleted ideas before just listing more nations/civilizations)

Cold War:
The United States of America (Ronald Reagan)
UA: "The Great Communicator" Radio towers provide +2 happiness, Politcal Treatise make the target civilization friendly towards you for 10 turns, +1 delegate in the world congress wen you found your ideology
UU: CIA Agent, Replaces Paratrooper, Can parachute up to 9 tiles away, ignore borders and can be used to pillage tiles or conduct trade missions (Units expended after pillaging or conducting a trade mission)
UU: Extended Range Interceptor, Replaces Mobile SAM, can destroy Atomic Bombs and Guided Missiles as well as normal aircraft units

Mujahideen (Ahmad Shah Massoud)
UA: "Lion of Panjshir" If one of your cities is captured the lost population becomes an equivalent amount of free current technology land melee units, every 3 citizens following your civilization's religion in one of your cities provides a defensive bonus for the city
UU: Jamiat-e Islami, Replaces Bazooka, Can shoot an additional hex away if on a hills tile, can move across mountain tiles but cannot attack from mountain tiles
UU/UB/UI:???

Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (Nikita Khrushchev) (Coming Eventually)

North Vietnam (Ho Chi-Minh) (Coming Eventually)

Democratic Republic of Afghanistan (Babrak Karmal) (Coming Eventually)

American Revolution:
United States of America (John Hanson) (Coming Eventually)

Kingdom of Great Britain (George III) (Coming Eventually)

Roman Empire:
The Roman Empire (Julius Caesar)
UA: "Veni, Vidi, Vici" All military Units gain +1 Sight and +1 Movement. Enemy tiles are converted to your Civilization when moving into them wile at war (think R.E.D. mod)
UU: Legion, (same as the one Augustus has in the base game)
UB: Forum, Replaces Market, Provides +25% Gold, +1 Culture, and +1 Science

The Roman Empire (Augustus Caesar) (Reworked)
UA: Same as Bade Game
UU: Ballista (Remains the Same)
UU: Praetorian Guard, Replaces Swordsman, +25% combat strength when defending, or when withing two tiles of a friendly city

USA:
The United States of America (Thomas Jefferson)
UA: "The Pursuit of Happiness" Gain a "We love the King Day" when winning a war. Cost of purchasing land tiles is reduced by 25%, the first population growth in a city provides no unhappiness
UU: Corps of Discovery, Replaces Scout, Cost no movement to cross rivers, begins with embarkation promotion, has a 10% percent chance to change a capture barbarian encampment into a fort
UB: Plantation Manor, Replaces Windmill, Provides +10% production when constructing buildings, provides +1 happiness and +2 gold. City must not be built on hills.

The United States of America (George Washington) (Reworked)
UA: "Land of the Free, Home of the Brave" All melee land units begin with the Discipline promotion, can choose an ideology upon discovery of economics
UU: Miniutemen (Same as base game)
UB: Ranch (Same as JFD's Rework)

Europe:
Ukrainian Peoples Republic (Mykhailo Mhurshevsky)
UA: "Tsentrala Rada" All internal trade routes heading for the capital provide +1 delegates in the world congress
UU: Sich Riflemen, Replaces Great War Infantry, +25% combat strength when fighting units of a Civilization that follows a different ideology
UB: Academy of Sciences, Replaces Public School, Provides +4 science and 2 great works of writing slots

Kingdom of Aragon (Ferdinand V) (Coming Eventually)

Asia:
The Ming Dynasty (Hongwu) (Coming Eventually)

Ur (Mesh-Ane-Pada) (Coming Eventually)

Africa:
South Africa (Nelson Mandela) (Coming Eventually)

Other (Not historical):
Hell (Satan)
UA: "Paradise Lost" Gain a science bonus whenever you lose a city, Captured cities automatically gain a courthouse
UU: Fallen Angel, Replaces Great General, Can attack other great people, great people who have been attacked have a 25% chance of being captured,
UU: Demon, Replaces Melee Units, Provide faster progress to gaining a Fallen Angel after winning a battle. (upgrade into the melee stats equivalent of your current tech. IE: instead of warrior to swordsman it just becomes a stronger demon)

The Binding of Isaac (Isaac)
UA: Something with an item like the D6, D4, D100, etc. like the ability to reroll resources or something
UU: Character, replaces great prophet, can spread religion but also provides the same ability as a great general (minus citadels)
UB: Item Room, (not thought of rest)
