Mod location change HELP

Hi All,
Does anyone know how Civ 6 chooses which drive the "Homemade" Mods are at?
Because at the moment its picking my backup mod file from the OneDrive not the C: Drive?
Just changed to New PC so some things are a bit all over the place at the moment.
I have looked in Steam but their is nothing to indicate it should go to the OneDrive.
Is it a config file somewhere?
Would appreciate any help.

Check it out C:\Users\USER\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods

it's a theoretical answer, but I can't give you a very helpful answer because it's a unique issue I've never seen before... backing up mods to OneDrive.

Forgive the late reply, yes C:\Users\USER\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Mods is where it normally is but now its on the OneDrive? oh well not a game changer but thought someone might know how to change it.
